Refund & Return Policy – TroostSmokes

Overview

At TroostSmokes, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Purchased directly from TroostSmokes

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used vape devices

  • Opened e-liquids or pods

  • Disposable vapes

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or pressurized products


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • An item is not in original condition

  • Packaging is missing or damaged

  • The item is returned after 30 days (case-by-case review)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not see the refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at info@troostsmokes.com and send the item to:

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit for the value of the returned item.
If the gift giver received the order themselves, refunds will be sent to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

To return your item, mail it to:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned package.
